General Terms & Conditions

Dr. Bensmann Consulting – Dr. phil. Burkhard Bensmann

1. Scope
These Terms apply to all coaching and consulting services provided by Dr. Bensmann Consulting. By booking a session, the client accepts these Terms.

2. Fees and Payment

• Fees are agreed individually for each assignment and confirmed in writing.
• Preparation and follow-up work of up to 1 hour per session may be included. Additional conceptual work requires a separate written agreement.
• Invoices are payable within 10 days of issue to the account stated. Bank charges are borne by the client.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation up to 7 working days before the session: free of charge.
• Cancellation up to 3 working days before the session: 50% of the agreed fee.
• Cancellation later than that: full fee.

4. Confidentiality
All information exchanged during coaching and consulting sessions is treated as strictly confidential.

5. Liability
Services are provided with professional care. Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. No responsibility is accepted for indirect damages or loss of profit.

6. Copyright
All materials provided during coaching are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

7. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in line with applicable data protection laws.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by German law. Place of performance and jurisdiction is Osnabrück, Germany, where legally permissible.
